It is Lefferts' third project in Miami Beach, after 72 Park, which it completed one block away in North Beach, and Palma Miami Beach Residences. The building is designed by Piero Lissoni with Lissoni Architecture New York.
A correction, because it matters on a contract: an earlier version of this page named OKO Group as the developer. That was wrong. OKO Group is not involved in 72 Carlyle.
